Living in the UK, I've noticed that there are many different events happening here: fairs, festivals, open lectures, and so on. I was lucky enough to attend one of these events last weekend: the Thriplow Daffodil Weekend & Country Fair. Thriplow is a small village about 20 minutes from Cambridge. For the festival, the village was completely closed off, with parking and entertainment set up. The program included music, dancing, various types of food, animal shows, and an exhibition of vintage cars.

The only thing that bothers me about places like this is the huge number of people. That's a whole separate topic that I'll talk about another time 😄
