This weekend, we visited another National Trust property: Wimpole Estate. It's a working estate with an impressive mansion, parkland, gardens, and a farm with rare breeds of animals.

Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go inside the mansion, but even so, this place is perfect for pleasant walks and picnics with the family. I'm amazed by how many wonderful places there are in England. Just half an hour by car from home, and you find yourself in this beautiful estate!
