The first month of summer proved to be a real challenge. After suffering from pharyngitis in Turkey, my child contracted rotavirus. The illness was so severe that we spent two days in the hospital, receiving intravenous fluids to prevent dehydration. As soon as Lisa recovered, we caught the rotavirus ourselves. As a result, two weeks seemed to vanish from our lives. It seemed like the worst was over, but then my child developed chickenpox, adding another ten days of home quarantine.
However, yesterday, June 27th, marked exactly two years since we moved to England. During this time, we have gone through a difficult period of adaptation, visited many interesting places, and gained valuable experience. I don't know what the future holds, but I hope it will bring only positive changes.
