Following up on the topic of porting a phone number, there's been some progress!

I requested a copy of the application that Tinkoff sent to Yota. After that, I re-synchronized my passport information from the government services portal to Yota and compared it with the data in the application. It turned out that the postal code and country were missing from the registration address in Yota. I added the missing parts of the address, and the application processing moved forward.

So, if anyone is going through a similar process, it's worth requesting a copy of the application and comparing the data character by character with both operators.
