Continuing the story from my previous post, I was able to cover all my treatment expenses, except for the X-rays (which were done separately and without receipts) and the night guards (a mouthguard to wear at night).

My Denplan level 2 insurance proved to be more than sufficient, with enough coverage for everything. The Serbian doctor kindly helped me with the translation of the receipt and confirmed that the treatment was clinically necessary.
